With the annual 200.000 m2 cut-to size and tile shipment capacity , AKRAMAR is able to supply for large project demands. Regular shipments are done via finished or raw materials to worldwide.Slab production is from 2 cm to 12 cm thickness and tile production is varies from 5x5cm to 120x120cm .

AKRAMAR is near to Turkey’s most frequented and one of biggest port , İzmir Port. Thus , we can reflect our domestic transportation advantage to the projects which we supply materials

 

 

Tile  packaging is important in terms of shipment success. Cut-to-size materials are strictly packed in crates ,which all wooden packaging are heat treated according to international standards. For large surface materials , ties are strictly formed with wooden foots and arms.

Production Line

AKRAMAR production   is able to produce both small tiles (equal to or smaller than 60x60 cm) and large tiles (larger than 60x60 cm to 120x120 cm ) Our slimming line is able to make proper honning and polishing.Also factory has necessary tumbling machine for natural view material.

Container & truck loading is other fundamental step within shipments. Fumigation process is done for every shipment. For both container and truck shipments , lashings are done very carefully to avoid material shifts during shipments.With this procedures , materials can be transferred to destination warehouses without any damage.
